Rule 72
Persons not to be kept in the aircraft during flight
Except as otherwise ordered by the Director General, no one shall fly the aircraft knowingly keeping the following persons in the aircraft
(a) Unsound mental state, being absent or distracted,
(b) A person serving a sentence of imprisonment according to the prevailing law,
(c) A person in custody pending trial on a criminal charge of a serious nature.
